PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable operation schedule control based upon conforming relative time over facilities directly relating to operation for the control and operation schedule control based upon absolute time over facilities having small direct relation when the facilities need to be controlled in emergency. SOLUTION: An automatic operation device is provided with a normal operation table for setting the operation schedule of facilities with absolute time, an emergency operation table for setting the operation schedule of the facilities with relative time from operation input, and a schedule generating means for generating an operation schedule based upon the normal operation table and emergency operation table when the operation input is done and an operation schedule based upon the normal operation table in a normal state.
