PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an electric rotating machine stably over a long term. SOLUTION: An electric rotating machine, i.e., an AC generator, is secured to an engine 9 by means of a bolt 81 which tightens a first stay 41, an annular spacer 56, a cylindrical bush 55 and the engine 9 in the axial direction. Wear of the contact face is reduced by means of a flange part 50 and the annular spacer 56.
