摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which a stable connection resistance value can be obtained between an array substrate 1 and a counter substrate 2; moreover, an uniform gap can be obtained between the substrates even if the array substrate 1 and the counter substrate 2 are stuck to each other under a vacuum condition; and more stable display quality can be obtained, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This is a liquid crystal display device provided with an array substrate 1 on which pixel electrodes, signal lines, switching elements, and a counter electrode leader part 9 are formed, the counter substrate 2 on which counter electrodes 8 faced to the pixel electrodes are formed, a liquid crystal 7 sealed between the array substrate 1 and the counter electrode 2, and a conduction part 3 electrically connecting the counter electrode leader part 9 and the counter electrodes 8, and is characterized in that the conduction part 3 is formed of a conductive material 4 made of a resin 6 containing spherical conductive particles 5.
