PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of shotening the warming up time by accelerating the temperature rise of a belt member low in thermal conductivity, capable of fixing a toner image on a transfer material in a nip part with less fixation unevenness by eliminating the temperature change of the belt member and the nonuniformity of the temperature at the time of continuous printing, and having a high-speed adaptability. SOLUTION: A planar fixed heat generating body for heating the belt member abutting on the belt member from the inside of the belt member is arranged between a 1st fixing roller member and a heat generating roller member. A 1st temperature control is executed by the heat generating member, and a 2nd temperature control is execute by the fixed heat generating body.
