<p>Circumferentially inextensible annular elements (6) integrated in the annular structures (7) reinforcing the beads of a tyre (2) are obtained each by the laying of a continuous filiform element (13) according to radially superposed turns (18) extending about the geometric axis of rotation (X) of the tyre itself. The manufacture of each turn (18) entails the formation of a prevalent segment (18a) positioned on a circumferential line perfectly concentric to the axis of rotation (X), on the continuation whereof is formed a transition segment (18b) extending away from or towards the axis of rotation (X) to join the prevalent segment (18a) of the radially contiguous turn (18). Also described is a tyre (2) incorporating reinforcing inserts (6) manufactured according to the invention, and an apparatus (1) for manufacturing the inserts (6).</p> |
