The backrest is connected to a vehicle-mounted structure via a locking unit of locking ratchet and actuator. The locking ratchet (17) is fastened to the backrest in such a way, that it can execute an adjusting movement in direction of the power flux between the backrest structure (10) and the vehicle-mounted structure (15). The ratchet is contained in a housing (12) connected to the backrest via a fastener unit (11,13).
