Tie I is provided with hole 2 with rigidly fitted0in embedded member 3. Four-face hole 4 in upper part of tie 1 over embedded member 3 can have the shape of rectangular prism or truncated pyramid without bases. Surfaces of hollow insert 5 made of plastic and rigidly secured in tie 1 adjoin faces of this part of hole 4. Lower edge of insert 5 follows outline of surface of member 3 and it can be furnished with collapsible film to provide tight contact with embedded member. Insert can have variable thickness of larger area wall. To facilitated manufacturing, embedded member can be made of two parts, each part, in its turn, can be made sectional.
