<p>In the welding together of sheets for shipbuilding the ends of the sheets to be welded are bevelled and welded each to a profile of circular cross-section which forms an intermediary preventing deformation of the ends of the sheet which normally occurs in conventional welding processes. The arc of the bevel is pref. equal to the arc of the circular profile and the angle between different sheets is not the same.</p> |
