SUBSTANCE: method includes charging of metal scrap, lime, pouring of pig iron, blowing of bath with gaseous oxidizer and charging of iron-containing product of processing of waste slags including metal component in amount of 60% an slag component in amount of 40%. Lime consumption is determined by expression given in the invention description.
