<p>The fluid debit apparatus comprises a fluid passageway (11) which can be closed by a mobile obturator (12) made of a mobile grid mobile relatively to the fixed grid or a butterfly valve. Both obturator and actuator (13) are immerged in the fluid and the fluid penetrates inside the actuator. They are linked by a speed reducer. An Independent claim is also included for a use of the fluid debit regulator in extremes conditions of temperature or pressure.</p> |
