Proposed seal has special device sealing drain hole, and screen closing the sealing device. Upper and side surfaces of screen form, together with upper surface of sealing device, space for material other than that kept in container. Lower part of screen is rigidly secured on sealing device. Screen is divided in height into two parts be weakened zone located higher than sealing device. Breaking force of weakened zone is less than seal opening force.
