<p>The store has a stacking mechanism which leaves a de-gassing space between consecutive cards. The store (1) for chip cards (3-1,...,3-n) comprises means (2) for stacking chip cards starting from the bottom of column (6), and allowing a volume (4,5) for degassing between two consecutive chip cards (3-n,3-n-1). This is required because of the phase of polymerization of adhesive used for bonding chip to card support. The column (6) is a receptacle for a stack of chip cards (7), and comprises a storage zone (8) at higher part and a degassing zone (9) at lower part. A chip card passes from the storage zone to the degassing zone carried by a system of belts (15,16) with projecting holders, and the degassing volume is eliminated during passage to the upper zone.</p> |
