SUBSTANCE: machine has housing incorporating two cylindrical rolls, system adapted for automatic setting and maintaining gaps between rolls and arranged at one side of rolls, feeding cylinder, ground product discharge branch pipe, and accumulating vessel with feeding roll equipped with adjustable shutter. Housing is divided by vertical partition walls into separate isolated sections. Grinding rolls are mounted within sections. Machine is further provided with auxiliary system for automatic setting and maintaining gaps between rolls, which is arranged at other side of rolls. Each system is equipped with drive engine connected to reducer, cam mechanism for displacement of movable roll, electronic unit and gap size sensor mounted on two brackets which are positioned on bearings on roll shafts. Stator and rotor parts of gap size sensor are secured to different brackets. Gap size sensor output is connected to electronic unit input, whose output is connected to drive engine through reducer having cylindrical and worm reducers arranged in succession and provided with cam mechanism for displacement of movable roll. Machine of such construction provides precise adjustment of grinding gap. EFFECT: increased efficiency by decreased amount of equipment used in grinding process and improved quality of ground product. 5 cl, 4 dwg |
