preparation of mono-and multiplier coatings, such as primers, enamels for protection of steel structures, products and equipment used under conditions of intensive atmospheric effects against corrosion in industrial and civil engineering, in engineering structures and water-development projects operating under higher humidity conditions, in industrial and power plants, equipment for chemical and petrochemical industries, port facilities, ship building, and motor industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed paintwork compound comprises polyurethane lacquer, highly dispersed zinc powder prepared by evaporating metallic zinc in neutral gas atmosphere followed by condensation thereof. Surface water repellent which includes isocyanates and organic solvent, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: polyurethane lacquer, 13.5-26.7; highly dispersed zinc powder, 69.8-79.8; isocyanates, 0.14-0.35; organic solvent, the balance. Isocyanates includes 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluylene diisocyanate, monoisocyanatate and desmodur. Paintwork compound further comprises rheological microtalc additive for paint and varnish industry in amount of not higher than 0.5 wt %. Invention makes it possible to prepare single packing paintwork compound with prolonged storage period without irreversible changes in properties. Said compound has high anticorrosion and chemical resistance of surface being treated in aggressive media at elevated temperatures.
