The printing machine (2) is completely enclosed in a housing (3) which has a projecting part (3.2) extending beyond the sidewall (2.1). The projecting part has sliding rails which accommodate a vertically-sliding door (5) which is of slightly dished profile with inward-extending flanges at the bottom (5.1), top (5.2) and sides (5.3). The edges of the flanges are curled inwards to make runners engaging the sliding rails. There is a sump (4) at the foot of the door.
