PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of molding by prevailing mold processing machinery such as a injection molding machine and an extrusion machine, having a lightweight and a good appearance of molded products thereof and moreover capable of providing a molded foam having no inferiority in hardness and stiffness as compared with that of a molded products without foamed and the molded foam excellent in the properties. SOLUTION: [I] This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a block copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diolefin and/or a hydrogenated product thereof, (B) 1,2-polybutadiene and (C) a hydrocarbon-containing type fine-particle thermal-expansional thermoplastic resin. [II] The content of the component (A) is 90-5 wt.% and the content of the component (B) is 10-95 wt.% [wherein, the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B) is 100 wt.%]. The content of the component (C) is 0.1-20 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the total amount of the component (A) and the component (B). The foam is obtained by expanding the thermoplastic elastomer composition.
