<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interference of the tip of a laser head with a ridge line R even when a plane F1 and a plane F2 are combined via the ridge line R. SOLUTION: The existence or absence of an intersected point Pc of a straight line segments L3 and L4 is decided by determining a straight line segment L3, which is translated in parallel from a straight line segment L1 by an amount of a correction value D of a predetermined beam diameter on a surface F1, and a straight line segment L4 translated in parallel from a straight line segment L2 by an amount of a correction value D of a predetermined beam diameter on a surface F2. When the intersected point Pc exists, a machining route is decided as L3→Pc→L4. On the other hand, when the intersected point Pc does not exist, a vertical line Lp common to the straight line segment L3 or its extended line and the straight line segment L4 or its extended line is determined, an intersected point Pa of the common vertical line Lp and the straight line segment L3 including its extended line is determined, and an intersected point Pb of the common vertical line Lp and the straight line segment L4 including its extended line is determined, then the machining route is decided as L3→Pa→Lp→Pb→L4.</p> |
