PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change one shape into another shape simply with easy assembly. SOLUTION: A display stand 1 has a top plate 3 that can be mounted on the main body 2, and the main body 2 comprises a peripheral wall 21 with no ends that can be folded at 6 points and has a predetermined height and a reinforcing wall 22 that is located inside the peripheral wall 21 and is connected with the peripheral wall 21 in such a manner that it can be folded at 4 points having substantially the same height as the peripheral wall 21. Moreover, the peripheral wall 21 and the reinforcing wall 22 can be folded into the shape of a flat plate. Thereby, the plane shape of the main body 2 can be changed into a square, a hexagon, etc., easily.
