PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an accuracy of calculating consumed calorie by reflecting the difference in the intensity of exercise and the quantity of basic metabolism and to concretely grasp the goal and the result of exercise. SOLUTION: The calculator is composed of a means 110 of measuring impedance of a human body, a means 120 of inputting personal data, a means 130 of determining a somatic fat rate, a means 140 of determining basic metabolism, a means 150 of setting a somatic fat rate as a goal, a means 160 of calculating calorie to be reduced as a goal, a means 170 of calculating calorie to be reduced per day, a means 180 of calculating an amount of exercise needed per day, a means 190 of measuring the amount of exercise, a means 200 of discriminating a form of exercise, a means 210 of measuring a heart rate while exercising, a means 220 of calculating the calorie consumed per day by calculating consumed calorie in each exercise and figuring out a sum of that of the day, and a means 230 of correcting the calorie to be reduced as a goal according to the result of exercise. |
