PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a heat insulating effect and easily clean a heat insulating structure by using the externally removable heat insulating structure as a component of a cover body. SOLUTION: A heat retaining vessel comprises a vessel main body (rice cooker main body 1) having an inner vessel (rice cooker 5) and a cover body 2 of the vessel main body (rice cooker main body 1). A part of the outer surface of the cover body 2 is formed of a heat insulating structure 15 detachable from the cover body 2. Thus, the heat insulating effect of the cover body 2 can be ensured by the heat insulating structure 15. The heat insulating structure 15 is externally detached from the cover body so that not only the inner part of the cover body, but also all the heat insulating structure 15 can be cleaned. |
