PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly mount a guide member of a seat belt in a vehicle without increasing specific components. SOLUTION: A lift mechanism 5 that is disposed in a car body 2 after a center pillar 1 and lifts up and down a window pare 6 comprises a reinforcing member 9 with closed cross section expanding in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle along a belt line of the car body 2. The seat belt 20 extending upward from a seat belt retractor 19 bends forward of the vehicle and is guided by a guide member 17 mounted to the reinforcing member 9.
