PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate feeding of a lead and to facilitate assembling. SOLUTION: A radially extending receiving groove 24 and an engaging protrusion 25 are provided on a chuck mount 1. An engaging protrusion 28 engaged with the groove 24 and a receiving groove 29 engaged with the protrusion 25 are provided on an oblique member 23. When the member 23 is axially pressed by a knock member to feed a lead, only the member 23 is sandwiched between the knock member and the inner surface of a barrel, and can be finely moved in a radial direction.
