PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fallen-object guard fence, to which more waste tires can be utilized effectively and by which an impulse due to a fallen object of a slope is inhibited by using the characteristics of the waste tires and stronger protection against the fallen object can be conducted by avoiding the damage of a guard fence body due to the fallen object. SOLUTION: In the fallen-object guard fence being installed on the slope face of the slope or at a position adjacent to the slope face of the slope and preventing the falling of the fallen objects S, R, the guard fence has guard fence bodies 3, 4 and tire cushioning materials 5 manufactured by tabularly machining a plurality of the waste tires and disposed on the ridge sides of the guard fence bodies 3, 4.
