PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew drops from clogging onto a front panel due to outflow of dew drops generated inside a front cap. SOLUTION: A filling material 14 is provided to fill the space between the inside of a front cap 10 covering the upper end of the lower side front face 1b of a case body 3 and a ship-bottom foam forming the lower side front face 1b.
