PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve absorbency of a tissue sheet. SOLUTION: A single number or plural number of perforations are formed on a bottom surface of a projecting part of embossing dies. The perforations may be formed on an embossing part and the whole surfaces other than the embossing part. A hole is formed into an arbitrary shape, being at least 0.03 mm2 in size, and having a perforated area rate of at least 0.03% and a perforation density of at least 1/cm2.
