PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement binder allowing unskilled workers to efficiently and positively bind reinforcements in a short time when assembling the reinforcements in reinforced concrete work. SOLUTION: A first gripping portion 2 has first opposed sides 2b, 2c bent at both edges of a first base 2a. The first opposed sides 2b, 2c are bent in dog leg shape with their ends bent to the outside. A second gripping portion 3 has second opposed sides 3b, 3c bent at both edges of a second base 3a. The second opposed sides 3b, 3c are bent in dog leg shape with their ends bent to the outside. The reinforcement binder 1 is constructed by spot welding the reverse of the first base 2a to the reverse of the second base 3a so that the first gripping portion 2 is perpendicular to the second gripping portion 3.
