PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of in-plane relative deformation due to a thermal expansion difference in a concrete-metal composite panel in a simple structure. SOLUTION: An anchor 11 to be embedded in a concrete panel 1 is fixed to the reverse side of a metal panel 2, an elastic material 12 elastically deformable following the in-plane relative deformation of the metal panel 2 and the concrete panel 1 is mounted on the anchor 11 and a sliding material 16 is mounted between the reverse side of the metal panel 2 and the surface of the concrete panel 1 and between the anchor 11 and the concrete panel 1 for allowing the in-plane relative deformation of these. A turn-around portion 13 turned around to the side of the concrete panel 1 is provided at the peripheral edge of the metal panel 2 and the elastic material 12 is also mounted between the turn-around portion 13 and the side face of the concrete panel 1.
