PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and shortly construct a partition wall and easily perform surface finishing work. SOLUTION: An interior backing board 2 on the surface of which a sheet finishing material such as wall paper or cloth can be directly set is set on the single side or both sides of a foamed resin panel 5 to form a wall material 1. Therefore, a partition wall to which interior backing treatment has been given can be constructed simply by fixing the upper and lower ends of the wall material 1 to a ceiling surface and a floor surface.
