PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sufficient parallel guide of a needle board of a needle punching apparatus with a relatively low structural cost. SOLUTION: The needle-punching apparatus for a fiber web is provided with at least one needle board 2 reciprocating in the direction 4 thrust with plural thrust rods 3 each of which is movably supported in one guide sleeve 10 and a driving apparatus acting on the movably supported guide sleeve 10, reciprocating in the passing direction 9 of the fiber web and having a pair of parallel eccentric wheel shafts. The guide sleeve 10 is supported through two joint plates 16, 17 on eccentric wheels 18 of two eccentric wheel shafts 12, 13 drivable in the same directions and is bonded to at least one of the joint plates 16, 17 to prevent the relative rotation.
