PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nameplate, on which a patient's name can be written in the position of each channel corresponding to the position of a signal from a living organism, easily attached to and detached from a monitor for the signal from a living organism. SOLUTION: The nameplate 10 is provided with a front part 10A and a rear part 10B. The front part 10A has a surface 11 for writing the patient's name on and the name can be wiped off. The surface 11 corresponds to the surface for displaying an image. The rear part 10B is provided behind the front part 10A so that the front part 10A is attached to the side of a frame surrounding the surface for displaying. The rear part 10B holds the side of the frame between the front part and itself with a bending elasticity. A mark 11a is put on the front part 10A for pointing the position where the name should be written corresponding to the position where each channel is displayed. |
