SOLUTION: In this drain piping of a detached house for introducing drain pipes 1, 3, 5, 6 arranged on the respective stories to the outdoors from under the first story floor, a soil-buried part under the first story floor in the whole drain pipe 1 of the first story and the drain pipes 3, 5, 6 above a second story is formed as a sound insulation unnecessary part, and a part other than that is covered with a sound insulating material 20.
