PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sliding door guided along a guide groove for opening and closing the front surface of a piece of furniture or the like from causing impact sounds or rebounding, thus smoothly closing the sliding door. SOLUTION: An elastically deformable slider 2 approximately in the form of an inverted V on side view, formed with a flange piece 2b as a sliding surface at each lower end thereof, is attached to the lower surface of an end portion of the sliding door 3 slid and guided along the guide groove 4 in the piece of furniture or the like, and a holding portion having a narrow part M capable of deforming the slider 2 and a wide part N continuing with the narrow part and capable of preventing deformation of the slider 2 is provided near a position in the guide groove 4 where the end of the sliding door 3 stops.
