PURPOSE: A surface shape heating unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control temperature, to stably supply energy to become as a heat source, to be conveniently maintained and managed, and to prevent the environmental disruption. CONSTITUTION: In a heating main body(10), insulating glass fibers(12) are weaved in the first and second directions, heating carbon fibers(11) are weaved with predetermined gaps in the first direction, and first/second conductors(13) for electrodes are weaved in the second direction at the same time. The glass fibers, carbon fibers and respective conductors are coupled by binder made from thermosetting resin. Insulating resin sheets are respectively abutted to both sides of the heating main body.
