Method for manufacturing a dispensing assembly (5) for an aerosol (1), which dispensing assembly (5) comprises at least one dispensing pump (7, 8) for material which is to be dispensed and an actuating component (6) therefor, the dispensing pump (7, 8) being coupled to the actuating component (6), while the actuating component (6) contains one or more actuating stops (37, 40) which, for actuation of the dispensing pump (7, 8), are able to interact with one or more pump stops (36, 41) in the dispensing pump (7, 8), in which method prior to coupling of the actuating component (6) and the dispensing pump (7, 8), in at least one corresponding set of an actuating stop (37, 41) and a pump stop (36, 41) their relative position of at least one of the stops (36, 37, 40, 41) of the set of stops (36, 37, 40, 41) is measured with respect to a reference (45), and the position of at least one of the stops (36, 37, 40, 41) is adjusted. In this way, the accuracy of the volume which is to be dispensed per stroke of the dispensing pump (7, 8) is increased very considerably. |
