PURPOSE: A method for selectively receiving phone calls of a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a user to produce a receiving reject list and a selective response list to select received telephones, and to set up the allowance of receiving according the kind of each information message. CONSTITUTION: A message receiving unit(301) receives information messages. A message processing unit(302) classifies the received information messages. A receiving deciding unit(303) decides whether to receive each message classified by the message processing unit(302), according to each mode preset by a user. A screen processing unit(304) displays the information on the receiving-allowed messages on a display window. And a receiving reject processing unit(305) rejects the receiving of the receiving-rejected messages according to results of the receiving deciding unit(303).
