HOT TAPE FOR ULTRA HIGH LUMINANCE MARKING AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A hot tape for an ultra high luminance marking and a construction method thereof are provided to distinguish a line shape easily by a driver in the night and rain and to finish construction in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(13) is applied on a road(11) at a regular thickness. The compound of an epoxy adhesive(15), ultra high bright glass beads(16), and glue is uniformly applied at a regular thickness on a hot tape(10). The compound of ultra high bright glass beads and glue on an identification-reflecting part(14) is applied at a regular thickness on the upper side of the adhesive layer. The construction method is as follows. First, according to the use of the hot tape used on the road, the hot tape is cut at a length of 15 to 45cm, and glue is applied on the lower side at a thickness of 1 to 2.0m. Next, the glue is heated for 10 or 30 seconds by using a gas burner under construction. After that, a pressing roller pressurizes the hot tape after bonding the heated hot tape on the road. The identification-reflecting part and the hot tape are used on a curve road and a downward path.
