PURPOSE: A battery case is provided to fix a battery regardless of the number of batteries used for communication system equipment by moving a battery fixing bracket. CONSTITUTION: In case a battery(30) is additionally fixed inside a battery case(10) or the number of batteries is changed to be used, a bracket(20) combined by bolts(22) to a groove on the side of the battery is released and the bracket is moved inside the battery case along a through groove. According to the release of the fixing of the battery, the battery is additionally fixed or some of batteries are eliminated and moved along the through groove. The battery is bolted to the groove of a spot by an insulator(24) elastically connected between the batteries. On the side of the battery case, grooves are formed to correspond flexibly by the amount increase and decrease of the battery. Further, a spring(23) is joined to the bracket for adjusting a fine distance by the insulator fixing the battery by pushing with restoring force.
