PURPOSE: A method for periodically restoring statistics data of an exchanger is provided to provide a reliable every time, every day and every month statistics data by enabling restoring of hour, day, month statistical data prior to re-initiating time point in case that a process for measuring hour, day and month statistics data of an exchanger is re-initiated. CONSTITUTION: A measurement and statistics data processing(MSDP) unit is re-initiated and hour, day and month statistics data are initialized(311). The MSDP stores the current time(313). The MSDP restores the every hour statistics data(315). The MSDP restores day statistics data(317). The MSDP restores month statistics data(319). The MSDP registers a signal for measuring hour, day and month statistics data in an operating system(321).
