FRAME OF TENSION MASK OF COLOR CRT

PURPOSE: A frame of tension mask of a color CRT is provided to prevent the plastic deformation of the tension mask by tension force and external impacts imposed on the tension mask. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a tension mask(30) and a frame supporting the tension mask(30). The tension mask includes a sheet having multiple strips(31.31'). The strips(31,31') are connected to a tie bar having a certain horizontal pitch(PV'), making multiple slots(33). Here, the strip(31) and the tie bar are formed onto the sheet through etching. The horizontal pitch(PV') dividing the slots by connecting the strips(31) of the tension mask(30) becomes narrower proceeding from the center towards the outside.
