PURPOSE: A finger-pressure belt comprising elastic fabric in which a rubber band and a magnet are inserted and a hulla hoop having a ring form by connecting a plurality of units and comprising an inserting part, an absorbing part and a pin hole at both ends of the units are provided. Therefore, the hulla hoop and the belt provide improved excise effect. CONSTITUTION: The hulla hoop comprises a wing(3) formed along the outer circular surface of a body ring(1) in a ring shape; an upper ring formed along the inner circular surface; a medium ring; a lower ring; a fixed ring(10) for combining an inserting part, an absorbing part and separated units(2); a fixing pin for fixing each unit; and a pin hole. The finger-pressure belt comprises elastic fabric, a rubber band and a plurality of magnet inserting plates.
