PURPOSE: A network operating method between bluetooth mounting instruments is provided to exclude an information collecting procedure through connection to obtain information on other instrument by every device of a network in constructing a personal ad-hoc network(PAN), and certainly set a connection to a different instrument by rendering a PAN slave to request a PAN master to connect to a different slave of the PAN. CONSTITUTION: A PAN manager checks whether a different bluetooth mounting instrument exists in a propagation coverage and determines whether there is a response thereto(212,214). If there is no response, an inquiry scan and a page scan is repeated(216,218). A mode of slaves of the PAN is suitably switched and if there is a connection request of a different instrument which is newly advancing, the connection is accepted(220). In order to continuously perform as a PAN master, a role switching is requested to remain as a PAN mater(222). Information on the slaves constituting itself and the current PAN is transmitted to a slave which is newly advancing to the PAN, and instrument information for a PAN slave which is newly advancing or releasing is stored and broadcast to a different slave(224). After paging is performed to a PAN master to newly advancing to the previously constituted PAN, when a connection is established, a role is changed and remains as a slave for the PAN master(232). Information on every slave constituting the PAN is received from the PAN master(234). If there is no communication with a different instrument of the PAN, it is switched to a park mode to receive information broadcast by the PAN master and its own PAN information is updated(236).
