PURPOSE: A radio controlled mobile telephone is provided to minimize a human body interference problem due to electromagnetic wave by separating a block for transceiving directly and processing a high frequency of radio signal from a user interface block. CONSTITUTION: An MBD(Main Base Device)(200) takes charge of processing such as frequency-processing, converting, encoding and decoding. An IXD(Information exchange Device)(300) is transferred information decoded in the MBD(200) on radio to output to a user, and transfers user information inputted by user operating to the MBD(200) on radio. The MBD(200) comprises an MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(210). The IXD(300) includes a user interface module(310) such as a microphone, speaker, display, keypad, etc.. In each of the MBD and IXD, RF/BB modules(220,320) are provided in order to radio-control to each other, transceive voice signal, and transceive data.
