PURPOSE: A broadcasting cable and RTB(radio-TV broadcasting) system is provided to implement the radio-TV broadcasting by using radio, related cable and satellite as a main element. CONSTITUTION: A radio broadcasting station outputs a radio production associated with the radio-television broadcasting(RTV). An RTB-related Cable broadcasting channel transmits video data. A receiver includes a center for RTB communication receiving RTV which controls the broadcasting station or the satellite relay station. The communication center controls to match the video data to a radio audio transmission, and receives image information through radio, television or its combining equipment(RTV). A radio receiving part is added to the television to implement a complete radio-TV broadcasting.
