PURPOSE: A console controls safely properties contained in a containing space of an arm rest. CONSTITUTION: A console comprises a switch(11), a pressing asperity(12), an electromagnet(13) and a cable(15). The switch(11) is installed in a space(10). The pressing asperity(12) switches the switch(11). The electromagnet(13) is installed facingly to an iron plate(14). The cable(15) is installed in a battery(16) connecting between the switch(11) and the electromagnet(13). The console makes a supplementary arm rest not open when the an arm rest is opened so as to maintains safely properties contained in the arm rest.
