PURPOSE: An audio message reservation transmission of an audio recording apparatus and a response recording method are provided to record an audio message in an audio recording apparatus, automatically output the recorded message to multiple opponents, record the response again and inform the same messages to multiple opponents. CONSTITUTION: A user judges a command mode with respect to an input(S11,S12). If the command is an audio recording function, data are managed in such a manner that an audio message is recorded, reproduced and deleted and multiple audio messages are stored. The recorded audio message includes a certain message number and a simple title for an easier separation(S13). If the command is a transmission reservation function, the user registers, amends and deletes the information concerning when the recorded audio message is transmitted(S14). If the command is a transmission function, a call is made so that the recorded audio message is actually transmitted to a reserved receiver. In case that the receiver receives, a corresponding audio message is reproduced, and the response is recorded after the reproducing operation(S15). If the command is a response display function, a result of the reservation transmission is informed to a reserving unit(S16).
