AUTOMATIC COVER DEVICE FOR CHUTE OF CONTINUOUS UNLOADER FOR PROCESSING RAW MATERIAL

PURPOSE: An automatic cover device of a continuous unloader is provided to enable the opening of plural rotary chutes installed in an unloader by connecting with the movement of a belt conveyor for preventing accidents and inhibiting environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: An automatic cover device is included in a rotary chute with an opened upper part opened containing raw materials discharged from a movable chute(102) of a continuous unloader in a raw material factory. The automatic chute cover device comprises: a rectangular frame with a steel plate(12) fixed at the top; a cover mechanism(10) containing a roller mounted on a shaft fixed at both ends of the lower side; an upper striker contacting with touch bars(105-1,105-2) fixed on the movable chute and formed on a holder; a rotaror equipped with gear teeth on a leg part of the holder; and a stopping member embedded in a body and having gear teeth contacting with the gear teeth and a traction mechanism(20) with a lower striker disposed on the stopping member. Accordingly, an opening portion where a safety structure inhibiting access is not installed is automatically opened and closed to intercept a dangerous place beforehand for ensuring the safety of workers and preventing environmental pollution.
