PURPOSE: An active center pill structure of a steering device make a valve body and an input shaft working in a coincident direction each other in an ACF structure of an assembled situation, and on the other hand the valve body and an input shaft needs not be assembled in a coincident direction in an assembling work. CONSTITUTION: An active center pill structure of a steering device comprises fixing pins(5), a couple of opposed semicircle operating members(6), a tension spring(7), a couple of cylindrical pins(22), a ring rim member(8) and a stop ring(9). The fixing pins(5) faced each other are inserted into the upper end surface of the valve body(2). The fixing pins(5) are inserted into the hole(61) of the center end of the semicircle operating members(6). A semicircle groove(62) is formed at the interior side of the semicircle operating members(6), and hanging holes(63) are formed at the each end portion of the semicircle operating members(6). The tension spring(7) connects a couple of operating members by hanging at a couple of hanging holes(63) to have an elasticity. The couple of cylindrical pins(22) are inserted between the semicircle grooves(62) of the couple of operating members(6) and the center groove(10) of the input shaft(1). The ring rim member(8) has a small hole(81) to fix the upper portion of the couple of fixing pins(5). The stop ring(9) is bindingly connected with the input shaft(1) to prevent the ring rim members(8) deviating. Therefore, the active center pill structure of a steering device induces the center groove(10) as soon as the cylindrical pin(22) deviates from the center groove(10), thereby increasing a direct running ability and making an assembling work easy.
