PURPOSE: A rear sight expanding method expands easily a side rear sight by lighting a turn signal ramp, thereby contriving careful driving. CONSTITUTION: When a driver changes gear to a rear gear on night driving, a backup lamp(10) is lighted at the same time and a rear light is lighted. A control unit(12) senses the current signal of the state when the rear light and the backup lamp(10) is lighted at the same time and calculates the current signal. The control unit(12) sends a lighting signal current to a turn signal lamp(14) and lights the turn signal lamp(14). Thus, the rear sight of a driver is expanded because the turn signal lamp(14) is lighted besides the lighting of the backup lamp(10).
