PURPOSE: A method for gaining and managing data with real time in an automatic system is provided to store data generated in the automatic control progress with the file type according to intention of an inspector and to analyze the stored file at need. CONSTITUTION: In the method for gaining and managing data with real time in the automatic system, a few stages are included. In the stage of S100, it is judged if an option menu of the data gain menu or the data analysis menu is selected according to the operation of the inspector or not. In the stage of S200, if the data gain menu is selected, the data, which are generated in the progress of the automatic control through the communication line connected to an automatic control instrument, are read and the data are converted into the file type and stored according if there is the trigger signal input by the inspector or not. In the stage of S300, if the data analysis menu is selected, the stored data with the file type are read and output on the screen.
