PURPOSE: A pipe fixing device quells early an invader trying to invade by using a draining tube. CONSTITUTION: A pipe fixing device comprises a fixing bar(21), multiple switches(SW1, SW2, SW3) and an alarming circuit. The fixing bar(21) fixes a pipe on a wall. The multiple switches(SW1, SW2, SW3) turn on when the pipe moves with a pressure more than a fixed size. The alarming circuit outputs invasion alarming signal perceiving switching state of the switches(SW1, SW2, SW3). The tube fixing device perceives and alarms invasion when an invader trying to invade in a house using a draining tube so as to protect properties and a human life.
